Yes it is. It just means they're swollen. Same thing happens to many women when they have their period.

Ya it is normal. they may also milk during that time. Leave them and they will be ok. If your dog has not breeded before she may also scratch the walls because they feel that they have babies inside and they will act as if they are digging the ground to keep there pup's which is why they do that but that's all normal. Only thing to worry is if she adds on lots of weight then u need to consult a vet.

dude, relax. it's her hormones. why do a woman's nipples get hard when she's sexually aroused? if you are really worried about it, consult a veterinarian.
