Your TM joint, the one in the jaw is exactly in front of your ear.You can feel in if you place your finger right in front of your ear and open your mouth wide.If you feel any pain or clicking sound in this area you a may be having a problem in the joint and need to check with a dentist. Vigorous opening and closing of the mouth(as in chewing gum) may give you this feeling in the ears. If the pain is not in this area then check for ear problems

You probably have wax in your ears that you can't see. You'll need a doctor to irrigate the ear.
