My mom just had a nosebleed, it finally stopped. She's a little weak and a bit white, but she's not fainting or anything like that. Just resting. What would be good for her? Food? Water? Sleep? Just curious.

Fluids are very important to refill her blood volume (water is the best)

Over time, she will need to make more red blood cells to replace those that were lost. An iron supplement will help, along iwth a healthy diet.

She will need to rest, so as to not stress a body that has already been stressed by blood loss.

Nosebleeds (epistaxis) can produce a lot of blood loss. If you haven't done so already, she should see and ear-nose-throat specialist . They can sometimes cauterize the blood vessel that causes the nosebleed so it doesn't happen again.

All of the above. Food (lots of protein and iron), water (filtered or spring), rest (body does best healing while asleep, between the hours of 10 pm and 2 am).

the amount of blood lost through a nose bleed is so minimal your mom is going to be fine. just have her eat some cookies with sugar, drink some juice and rest. give her some air and she will get some color on her face. she will be ok sweetie.
