IQ stands for intelligence quotient. Supposedly, it is a score that tells one how “bright” a person is compared to other people. The average IQ is by definition 100; scores above 100 indicate a higher than average IQ and scores below 100 indicate a lower that average IQ. Theoretically, scores can range any amount below or above 100, but in practice they do not meaningfully go much below 50 or above 150.
Half of the population have IQ’s of between 90 and 110, while 25% have higher IQ’s and 25% have lower IQ’s:

The average IQ is, by definition, 100. If the test was adminstered by a qualified professional, the test report should have included information about the average score, and what your score means. On a legitimate IQ test, 137 is a very high score, and means you're very good at the skills the IQ test actually test (which, contrary to popular belief, are not a particularly reliable indicator of "intelligence" or "intellecual ability").
Given that you don't seem to know a whole lot about it, I'm guessing you took one of those online test. In that case, your score probably has no relation to your actual IQ (it's probably higher than the real number, but no guarantees), and I really haven't the slightest idea how "good" it is as I have no data about the normal curve of the particular test you took.

If you took the real IQ test where an official person administers it to you, they have an average of 100 and standard deviation of 15. Since you were between the second and third standard deviations that would mean you were in the top 5%. But if it was one of those online tests, they usually have inflated scores because it isn't the full test and can't give you all types of questions.

Normal - by definition - is 100. You'd think someone with an IQ of 137 would know that.

Normal is 100. Your score is awesome. You're in the top 1% of intelligence. Only 1% of the population has a higher IQ.

That's relatively high. Genius IQ is considered 140 and above. The "average" IQ is 100.

If you don't know that that is good, then I don't believe you scored 137.

100 is supposedly average, but those take-it-yourself quizes may be like the sz 16 dress with the 14 label--they do it to make you feel good. Try taking the Mensa test.

If it is one off the internet do not take great stock in it. If it was one administered to you then congratulations. Give MENSA a call.
