Absolutely! Without clothes if you are below 4 years and with decent covering after. Applies to those who are able to enjoy communal baths!

Bathing with your parents is only ok when you are at the age to where you cannot bath alone!

I agree with blackroundpurse. You weren't born with a soap in your hand. It's your parent who teaches you to bathe. So, initially, yes, all of us would have bathed with our parents.

No, this is not a healthy, balanced, sane scenario. Only if the child is very small, (like under 3 years old) -- otherwise, it could be deemed quite inappropriate. I hope your parent is not encouraging this.
