Fortnuately it gives more joy than it hurts, so it is worth it to love and be loved.

1. it can hurt, really bad, if it backfires
2. it's a full time responsibility and you almost never know if it's going to pay off and actually last like you hope
3. jealousy if you have someone who is a big time flirt
4. fear of losing them or not being loved the same back
5. it can take years to find and only seconds to lose
6. the thought of wondering if they really mean it when they say "I love you"
7. loving someone but then realizing later that you just thought it was love and wasn't....just a possibility but not too common in serious long relationships
8. trying to come up with new or inventive ways to keep it fresh so that it doesn't get boring
9. work...it takes a lot of work...but the outcome can be worth it

Love requires you to be with a mentally healthy person who loves you. Few people choose to be mentally healthy and you are lucky if they aren't down right evil, let along capable of loving anyone or anything.

What this means is it is almost impossible to have a true love relationship in your life. Most likely, you will be abused by some fucktwip, if you try to engage them like a normal decent human being.

Instead, all of your relationships need to be based on power. You absolutely must maintain true power in all your relationships. Sadly, this means you must be willing and able to dump them at a moments notice. You need to be the type of person who, upon noticing bad behavior, immediately walks away from the person, looks around in the environment for someone else, walks up to them and instantly makes them yours. Your badly behaving ex-lover (who doesn't know they are ex, yet, lol) should see you walking off with someone else with their jaw hanging open. If they dare to say anything about it, you need to be the type of person who looks at her and says, your behavior was unacceptable so I don't want you anymore and I don't ever want to see you again. Then walk away with a new relationship.

It's actually best to keep several relationships at once, not telling them about each other. The fact of the matter is that, no matter what you do, these people won't love you or care about you (but they will always pretend to in order to manipulate you). You want affection and sex out of them.....nothing else is possible. They are disposable. This is not by your choice but by theres. You can be with one for ten years and then end the relationship. Five minutes later, they will have trouble remembering who you are. That is the bottom line and all decisions you make having to do with them should ALWAYS keep this fact right in the front of your mind.

What I am getting at is this. You must be almost pathologically selfish in your relationships. They exist to serve you and are almost a slave. Their wants and needs don't matter and if things aren't very good for you, you dump them. In order to facilitate your needs, you keep many partners in the background that can be immediately and frequently brought in as replacements. When anyone complains you simply shrug and ignore them. It's what they deserve and the only thing they respect.

The frequent fights, the difference in opinions, having to adjust and compromise, having to get along with one's in laws if love ends in a matrimony, the breakup. However, love will just sweep you off your feet. You won't have time to sit back and contemplate whether it's negative aspects outweigh it's positive ones.

1. LOVE SUCKS.
2. LOVE HURTS.
3. LOVE IS BLIND.
4. LOVE KNOWS NO BOUNDRIES.
5. DID I MENTION LOVE SUCKS?

NO I'M KIDDING. LOVE DOESN'T SUCK, BUT A LOT OF THE TIMES, IT DOES HURT. I GUESS THAT'S JUST LIFE. THERE ARE LOTS OF NEGATIVES ABOUT LOVE, HOWEVER, THERE ARE LOTS OF POSITIVE THINGS TOO. LOOK FOR THE GOOD IN LOVE AND ALWAYS BE AWARE OF THE BAD.
