Obviously there will be less egg if you use one egg for the omelette. It might be just as big lengthwise, but it will be thinner.

Yes it does matter if you use 1 or 2 eggs in a cheese omelet! Think about it the more eggs you use the bigger the omelet is going to get! It's the same with the cheese the more chesse you use the chesser it's going to get! So to answer your question completly yes it does make a difference how many eggs you use in your omelet!

There is a big difference, and I've never heard of anyone using only one egg for an omelet. Two is usually perfect. If you're making it for a very hungry guy on the other hand, you can even use three, or put more stuff in it. It also depends on what size egg you're using. You can by large, xtra large, and even jumbo eggs I think. Large are the most common and inexpensive, and you'd definitely want to use two of those for a nice size serving.

Yes, a one egg omelet will be smaller. You might need to cook a two egg omelet longer.

No it would not matter. It would make a smaller omelet but its your personal preference how much you want. Still tastes the same :)

One egg will obviously make a smaller omlette, but the more eggs you use the more of the other ingredients you will need to add. For example, if you add enough cheese for a single egg omlette and then decide that you want a two or three egg omlette, you will need to add more cheese for it to actually be "cheesy."

I use 3 eggs, 1 egg would be so small, I never tried just 1 egg omlet I guess it would work but it is just common sense that the more eggs you use the bigger and thicker the omlet and the more ingredients it will hold.cheese, peppers, sausage, lobster, crab, onion etc.....the list goes on....
