We are not perfect. We love and we experience loss. When we hurt another person, we undoubtedly have to move on eventually. However, we do not have to move on blindly. Write a lists of qualities that you enjoyed in this relationship. Next, make a list of mistakes you made in the relationship, and what you may have done differently. On another list, set short and long term goals for yourself to improve your self esteem and self-worth. In order to begin this healing process, you have to forgive yourself. Once you forgive yourself, this will undoubtedly lift a heavy burden from your negative emotions your are currently experiencing. Finally, realize that all of us at some point has hurt another. In life, we learn from the good as well as the bad. Treat your loss as a learning experience and begin the process of healing.

Well do you have a gf there you can talk to? And do you have friends you can go get a coke and just hang out with ? THEN, I WOULD GO GET THE BEST tablet i could find or buy. Go to the public LIBRARY or a corner of your home. And get writing. WRITE your heart out and further write an apology letter. YOU REALIZE , HE don't half to 4 give you. BUT IF he don't , he would have left you sooner or lader in the marriage any way. BUT ID WRITE THAT NOTE. you'll feel better. PUT IT ALL IN THE NOTE. EVEN IF you were mad at him too. GOOD luck at least you will feel better at tring to make things right. THEN REMIND him of the Bible in the book of Matthew where it says to 4 give your brother and sisters. And if he don't G0d wont 4 give him. Good luck.IF it makes you feel any better theres millions of fish in the SEA. star

im going thru the same thing. me and my b/f broke up a week and a half ago. we were going out for a year. i'm still stressed out coz im still in love with him, but right now im trying to keep myself occupied as in hanging out with friends and family. or just trying to do stuff the whole day. and little by little, im starting to realize that were not together anymore and imma just have to move on with life. and right now we're just friends, but just try to occupy yourself and try ur best to not think of that person (i know..its hard as hell). but we cant do anything else, but to move on.

One can never get over someone they really love...Its just a matter of controlling your emotions and mind to realize that there is someone out there who deserves our love more than him.

If that happened to me, I will either kill myself or live out the long days in a never-ending stupor.
