It's all in the intent. If a couple has an open enough relationship that they acknowledge sex as a physical act as well as a spiritual thing, oral sex without any attraction is stupid, but not cheating. Watch Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, then marvel at how completely different your relationship is from theirs. Usually, yes.

Sex of any kind with someone other than your spouse is cheating. Put yourself in their place if they had oral sex with someone you would feel cheated on most likely.
