please help me i dont want to lose her

You can't. She has to want to stop herself. You can talk to her, support her, try to find help for her, love her, encourage her. But you cannot make her stop.

Be the best role model and friend that you can. She has to be the one that "wants" the help. You can't force her to stop, trust me, my best friend is in the same situation. She's a beautiful person and good mom, but she needs serious help. She grew up with poor role models and had a hard life as it is; and she doesn't have the support at home. All I can do is be a good friend to her and try to encourage her seek help.....hopefully she will someday before it's too late....I'd hate to lose her.

hey dude you can help her get in rehab its free in some places and i know how you feel down to the bone cause thats how me sister is i hope you get her the right treatments god bless you and her sweety
