This means that you all will be learning together, isn't that nice. Does one of the other mothers know about soccer? Maybe the team could have 2 coaches. It would be worth it to try sounds like to me.
The biggest pointer I can give is #1 Soccer isn't for sissy's #2 Soccer is much more difficult than it looks.
Good Luck, and Bless You

Type the word "Soccer" or "Soccer Coach" in your browser and start learning!!! I think you're a great mom to want to do something to help out with your daughter's sports. Perhaps the school has some books or brochures that would help you learn about the game as well. Good luck!!! Your daughter's lucky to have a mom like you!!

She is four, for goodness sake. You need a good portion of humble pie, first apologise to your daughter, secondly apologise to the coach, then you need to start to repair the damage you have done. The coach was doing what she thought was right, as parents we look at our children, with a lot of bias, of course we want the best for them its natural but the choice was not up to you, nor any of the other parents. If you loose, not given the award you should be the first to congratulate the other, be first in the line. I cannot remember who said it "its not wining or loosing, its how you play the game" we teach this to our boys. RR

you need a basic formation to start with like 442. you will need a goalie, 4 defenders,4 midfielders and 2 strikers . you have 45 mins in the 1st half then a 15 min break followed by another 45 mins. the ideas to defend your goal then pass the ball about until your strikers score. watch the world cup while its on,you will learn plenty off that.
