Chances are you can't . Legally depending on which state you live in you can't until you are 17 yrs. old. Actually if you can show just cause you could take your parents to court and be emancipated. Personally, honey you are only 14 there will be plenty of time to do all the things that come along with a live in relationship slow down again you are only 14 don't rush into something that you might latter regret. I also agree with azerhusen you really should get advice from someone other than your b/f. Surely life at home will get better. How old is your b/f?

If you were placed in the home by court order the only thing you can do is go back to court. This will cost money and depending on where you want to move into the court may not let you move out. My advice, just stay were you are at until you are older. No matter how bad you think it is moving out isn't always the best answer.

Don't do it! Right now you think you know whats best for you but believe me you don't! There will be plenty of boyfriends in the future! You can't take care of yourself, you don't know the world, it will swallow you. What kind of a boyfriend wants you to move! Where would you go ? How would you eat? What do you know about your future? Enjoy being young because after 18 all the way to 100 years old you will have to do everything on your own!!

Is there a reason you want to move out?
If you are being abused then call the police, tell a teacher or another trusted adult right away!
You are only 14 so I think (in my opinion) you are way to young to be getting super serious with a boyfriend. If you are saying you want to live with your b/f I would say it's not realistic at your age. If you are removed from your guardians custody (is your guardian not a relative?) then you will most likely not be placed in your b/f's home.
Please get advice from an adult you trust (not your b/f).

Having a boyfriend does not necessarily make you mature enough to move out of your guardian's house. In fact, just by having read your question I can tell your a dumb little girl who is "in love".
Don't move out. Don't have sex. Don't get pregnant.
The best way to move out of your home is after you've gotten yourself an education, have a job and can support yourself. Be a real woman! Educate yourself, get a good job! Then, you can move out and have a real boyfriend!

Do you have any another option? You are pretty young to be living with a guy. A lot of times girls get pregnant, the relationship doesn't last and then you end up a single parent on your own. I did that and it's WAY more difficult than I thought it would be.

You need to have a job, and get emancipatated. But it also depends on the laws in your state. I don't think that you should take this lightly or because he says that he loves you and wants to be with you. Think hard about it and then decide.

babygirl,
You probably have had a tough life, And I feel for you But whatyou are wanting to do, Could make your life even worse.. Wait, Even if things arent as good as you want them. At 18 you can pretty well do anything you want and at 18 you will be more mature.
