Some softwares installing without ask any question about your favourite language, they use your "Regional Options" to set software's language.
At first change your language in "Regional Options" to English, then uninstall your software and finally install that software again.

because you my friend have downloaded the spanish version. next time be sure to download the english version.
OR
buy the software instead of downloading from warez site's, atleast you get the right one and are guaranteed some customer support.
