Some softwares installing without ask any question about your favourite language, they use your "Regional Options" to set software's language.
At first change your language in "Regional Options" to English, then uninstall your software and finally install that software again.

You should of had an option to set this when you loaded the software
Check the settings of the software

because you my friend have downloaded the spanish version. next time be sure to download the english version.

OR

buy the software instead of downloading from warez site's, atleast you get the right one and are guaranteed some customer support.

Check your drivers' license. You just may b living in an Other than English spoken first country

probably cuz u selected spanish when u were installing it

or it comes with only spanish

or a lot more

because windows is set to spanish and/or the programs defult is spanish
