To answer the question, no.
I would like to comment on the fact that several people answered "yes" and even went on to explain why they didn't laugh when technically they didn't look at it for 3 minutes because they responded in less than 3 minutes since the question had been posted...that tells me that they probably laughed and then felt stupide for doing so.

Yes, and for these reasons:
One I don't like cats.
Two it was more annoying then cute/funny.
Three it was just plain stupid...
