well, first of all, im sure your cousin is fully capable of deciding when to marry on her own, and if you are referring to the possible difficulties of childbirth to diabetics, her doctors will advise her towards the safest options. lots of options nowadays, in vitro, surregacy, adopotion, im sure she'll be fine.

What I get out of your question is that your aunt wants to marry off her daughter to somebody. Does the daughter have a boyfriend? Why does your aunt feel such an urgency to get the daughter married off? Does the daughter have any say in the matter? You know, even people who are on insulin can make their own decisions. This girl does not sound like she's handicapped to me. What's the story here???
