I'd start by pulling them over to the side, (kinda flat) and spray with hairspray. Once they get a bit longer to where they keep falling in your eyes, you can do small twists all going back and bobby pin down inside the twist to hold them. Or try using a fun scarf for a headband to hold it all back. Once they get a bit longer, maybe down to tip of your nose, you could also do some fun clips. Hopefully by then they'll be used to going off your forehead or in a side ways direction to where they'll start staying back. Of course, with all these suggestions, I'd invest in a good gel and hairspray to help give some hold and staying power to your bangs. Once they get long enough to where you can do a little tuck behind your ear that will make it easier too. I'm sure too, if you ask some of your friends. There is bound to be someone you know who's had to do the bang grow out thing. It's not easy, but it can be done! Hang in there!

I know you will find this hard to believe but here goes anyway. You do this weird thing we here in the Midwest do and do not laugh it actually works and works great . As a matter of fact it has never failed. I mean going all the way back before Jesus this has been the ideal solution to your problem. Now I am serious do not laugh at me cause it really really works. Stop cutting your bangs and low and behold afore you can say gee whiz by golly that guy on Yahoo answers was totally correct , your bangs will be grown out.

well you could just cut them off completely, or pull on your ends of the bangs, either way it takes time for them to grow, the hairs ends have to be stimulated to get the root of the hair to go out.

You have a few months by that time you should be able to pin them back. My 14y. daughter who has thick semi curly hair, decided to cut her bangs and now hates them, she's been growing them out, she uses a couple of large bobby pins, even with her thick hair they hold her hair pretty well.

Patiently! I'm having the same trouble! I would recommend taking a prenatal vitamin. That's what I am doing and it seems to be working. Good luck and tell your instructor to be patient and relax!

I've always just used barettes & bobby pins until they reach the cheekbone area, then have a stylist layer them into the rest of your hair. Hope that helps!

You shouldn't have to grow them out because someone else doesn't like them. It's your hair and you can and should wear it however you like. Stand up for yourself.
