Does cutting it with layers help it to look thicker or does it make it look more thin?

I have thin hair, and my stylist only layers maybe the top half and leaves the hair underneath cut straight, so it doesn't look thin on the bottom. It actually turns out very nice!

I have thin hair, and I have it cut in layers. It gives it more body. One thing I like to do when I dont want to dry and curl is spray a little bit of "Beach Blonde Ocean Waves" spray. It's a combo of "sea water" and conditioner. It gives ur hair a sexy bed-head look. Smells like coconuts too.

Thin hair will look thicker if you cut in in layers. Also, use a volumuizing shampoo. It works...it did with me!

I think cutting layers would make it look thinner. You should try volumizing shampoo, conditioner and mousse, and also try loose curls or waves. That will make it look nice.

Cutting it in layers will help and so will cutting it short.

Your hair will appear to look thicker if your hair color is darker.
