I think that if evryone involved can handle it emotionally , knows what is happening , when and with whom. And if no bad diseases are being passed, then I think its ok. Also, any kids involved should not be suffering by what the parents are doing either. I'm not sure how or if to explain that sort of thing to kids.

Not as long as everyone involved is informed and in agreement. But if there is dishonesty or out right cheating then I say yes.
