It seems people who have major problems with goverment assistane are the SAME people who PROMOTE PRO LIFE views. Seems so double standared to me. Saying it's okay for a teen to not have a abortion : IN FACT SHE BETTER NOT KILL that baby! THEN yelling because she's not working? How can a 15 year old, not have a abortion and ALSO provide all the childs needs? What's the answer 4 a single mom, keep a unwanted pregnancy please pro life, get assistance and Pisss everyone off! This only applys to those who are ANTI assistance and Pro life EXPLAIN your logic to me.

You have to be at least 18 in order to be on welfare. So when I say teen mom on welfare, i mean the ones that acually are on welfare. If they're under 18, it's their parents that have to sign up for welfare. I know you're refering to me. If you wanted to know what I was talking about, just ask. Check into welfare laws. Maybe I should explain AGAIN what I mean. My god, I said people that STAY on welfare not the ones that use it for a short time period.

And let me explain the people I was talkin about. I'm talking about the ones that go out and have child after child with no means to support them and the ones that will have abortion after abortion. For those 2 things, there is something called BIRTH CONTROL. I know that it doesnt always work, so if it doesnt work for you don't have sex. It's that simple. I know I wasn't out having sex at 15. I waited til I was with someone who I actually knew cared for me. He and I were both working when I got pregnant. He was more concerned about me finishing school than working so he had me quit. I will be working again in a few weeks. I've been looking for a job but he had me stop because he was getting overtime again. There's a saying that goes "If you play, you pay." I've always went by that saying. First by giving birth to my children and second by not going on assistance. Like I said in my additional comments;there's a difference in being on welfare for a short time and staying on it. My dad's ex had 5 kids. Her oldest was 12 and her youngest was 2. She has been on it for 12 years. Too many people play that system and that screws people out of it that need it temporarily. There are too many people that settle for what they have and never want to better themselves. So, I guess it isnt welfare that I have a problem with, it's more the people that settle for it or abuse it.

You have to be 18 to get welfare in ohio. If you are under 18, your parents must apply.

There are LAWS but there are ways to get PAST those laws. I know quite a few people they know exactly how to get past those. Just to let you know, one of my best friends is a case worker. Even she knows that there are ways to get past these work laws

just so you know, my fiance is anti-welfare as well as anti-life which is exactly what prochoice is

Yea that Tiffany girl doesn't make sense i mean if her boyfriend ever left her she would be struggling like everybody else and probably would have to work two jobs. I know some ppl do use the system but then there are others who really need it and can't get it. Her boyfriend money is used for more than welfare if she knows so much she need to be talking to bush and asking where her boyfriend money goes because its not going there if the states has had to have many budget cuts.

The question of weather or not Tiff is pro life is a seperate issue to her problems withthe welfare system. Sex as it stands is a form of creation, in other words if you part your thighs, you are likley to get pregnant. Women who for one reason or another find themselves pregnant are faced with the question "Do I kill my unborn child or do I keep them?" The choice to keep a child in this circumstance is the hard road in this situation. What women need to consider is that while the straight medical decision to kill a foetus is one thing, the reality is that many women, regardless of age are not equipped to deal emotionally with the pain it causes them. Working in the medical profession I have seen this first hand- a room full of girls and women crying unconsoleable after their child has been ground up, hacked, sliced and torn from their bodies and their birth canal vacumed clean. Not many women consider this when they sign the papers for an abortion.

Tiff has also stated here and elsewhere, that she does not have a problem with the welfare system if the people that are on it use their time on it to better themselves in order to provide for their babies. This issue of welfare probably points to the amount of men who choose to walk on their women after they are pregnant. I maintain the best women end up with lowlife men. Make a wiser choice ladies- when are you going to realise that the great majority of men will say ANYTHING to get between your thighs.

Why is it the only looser in the whole situation is the unborn baby who did not ask to be conceived? If you dont want a child - keep your legs closed and think of the consequences of your actions before you take them.....Its not hard.

And please America, how about instead of making women on welfare suffer- how bout making deadbeat loosers pay for the children they make.....If i make a child I will sure as hell make sure that it is provided for and safe......But then i have nothing but the utmost respect for women and their babies.

So allow's see your argument. If we've an expectation that a baby will be adverse or a criminal we'd want to continuously proactively sterilize the moms and dads and abort any plausible progeny? seems a touch draconian to me. the problem including your position is that it lends itself to be taken to the severe too actual. that is an same as those who're professional-decision yet anti-death penalty, that is okay to kill the fetus yet we are able to not kill someone. I favor the concept a existence created is to be loved. I believe that someone would have an incentive to advance and prevail if the welfare device helps looking jobs particularly than residing with out one. besides, a good number of human beings upward thrust from welfare to fulfillment. Why would I kill someone in simple terms because there is an possibility that they might properly be adverse. finally, criminal pastime is a own decision. lots of those who percentage an same societal circumstances as criminals pick no longer to interrupt the guidelines. i does no longer assume that a baby will be a criminal in simple terms via their parentage. would you pick to have the international look into your pedigree?

you just learned something new or old [ the squeaky wheel gets the oil ] those that make the most noise and talk the loudest get everyone's attention... the majority are quiet ... lets sit back and listen to the ranting and ravings of the loud mouth few ...and you made extra points in my book so who care what one nut says

I think there are just a lot of people in this world who think really highly of themselves and want to judge other people. It makes them feel powerful to make others feel small. It's also easier to stand in judgement of a person than to actually put for the effort to help them solve their problems.

I agree with you totally. Tiffany, you can be on welfare at any age. It doesn't matter as long as you qualify.

Yep...that's the American way: when you're in a crunch, don't look for a way to work it out on your own, just get on welfare!
