I was dating this girl that I cared about and during all that time I was a sex addict. I was sleeping with other women behind her back. I finally told her about it because she noticed that I was becoming very distant towards her and knew something was up. This confession of mine has caused a serious rift in our relationship(of course she doesnt trust me and is skeptical about anything I tell her). I really do miss her and she wont accept any of my phone calls. Here's my question, is it possible to win her back and if so, how?

It's always possible to get her back. Since your words don't mean anything to her, you have to show her by your actions.
First, to get her back, go to her place. Stay and wait until she comes out and talks to you, face to face. If she really hates your guts and calls the police, great. The more dramatic, the better.
Insist on speaking with her until she's convinced that you will not go away until you speak with her.
When she relents and speaks to you, try to sound as convincing as possible. Start by promising her that you will not stray again. Then tell her that to prove your promise, you will send her something each day as a sign of your pledge. Make it something that doesn't cost money. Like a handwritten note, or a common garden flower, a telephone call, etc. Then stick to it, whether she agrees to it or not. Just tell her these two things without getting too wordy and leave. Anything else you say to her will sound like pathetic excuses.
Afterwords, stick to your pledge. Be consistent. Do this and you will get her back.

Any thing is possible. Just give her some time to get her self back to normal than just be her friend for a while and then let her be the one to tell you if there might be something again. Like I said anything is possible. It could or could not happen but let her tell you when she is ready. Just let time do its thing and maybe you will be with her again but any thing is possible

Dude,dude,dude, you do not deserve another chance. If you really cared, you wouldn't have done that. Doing it was gross. Telling her about your nasty activities was cruel. You do not understand. Sex is serious adult business. How would you have felt if she was sleeping around while playing all innocent with you. Grow up and stop phucking around.

I don't think that you cared about her enough. why would you sleep with other women if you did? I think that you should work on you commitment issues before trying to get back together with her. Work on being her friend again before you try to even go down that road again.

Nope. When trust is violated in a relationship, it is VERY difficult, if impossible, to get it back.
Mark it up to experience, and be sure that you learn from your mistakes.
