From what I can tell from my many wine textbooks, Riesling and Piesporter are the same grape. They are simply called different names in different areas. I could be wrong on this but I can't find any grape called Piesporter in any of my wine textbooks. The only reference that comes close is the town of Piesport which is in Germany, which is very well known for their Rieslings. Chances are, in Piesport, the winemakers refer to their Rieslings as Piesporters. Hope that information helps.
