If a woman submits sexually to a man specifically in expectation of monetary rewards, then SHE is breaking the law, she's solicitating.
This is important: if you are breaking the law yourself, you are often denied redress in court. If you broke the law by soliciting, you can't expect him to follow the uniform commercial code in his subsequent actions and monetary transactions with you.
The HINT of money from a rich man is not illegal in most states.

If its clearly a trade of money for sex, then its prostitution and is usually happening without anyone getting caught or punished. Sometimes fines or jail I think though.
Its usually like a meeting halfway sort of deal I think. Like Anna Nicole marrying that old guy like 50 years older than her. When marriage is involved they don't usually call it prostitution but it often is though. She got like 500 million for a couple years with that guy.
Anyone who offers skyhigh offers to innocent females will pay for it with their own karma. In my opinion when the people involved are of roughly the same innocence and know what they are doing, it isn't always such a bad thing.

A woman derserves a choice, there is no choice in rape.It is a crime
A "proper" woman can always refuse money.
A shallow woman will confuse money for charm.
A prostitute takes money for sex, no difference if it is for $20 or $10000 doesn't change what she is just what the price she sells her dignity for. That said ,riddle me this Why is it against the law to sell something that is perfectly legal to give away for free?

that's called seduction, which is a completely different thing. if money and charm is what is what gets a guy in a girl's pants and she's ok with that, it's hardly rape and the law isn't going to do anything about it.

Yes, there are lots of laws related to sexual conduct. You can do web searches for laws in your state. The laws are written clearly and have clear penalties.

She ultimately makes her own decision in the charm/money situation.
Rape is when FORCED PHYSICALLY to have sex.
BIG difference. It's scary there are still guys out there that don't see that themselves.

There is a difference. If it is concentual, done without fear of bodily harm or coercion, it's not rape. That is how the law is worded.
