Should I ask him out? How?

Okay, so I really like this guy, and I know that he likes me back. We are both 12, going on 13. The thing is, he seems to also like someone else besides just me. Therefore, I am wondering the following questions: 1. Should I go for him anyway? 2. Should I ask him out? 3. How?

Just start a game of truth or dare or something and just be brave and ask him who he likes? if he says you then deffinatly go for it!
