I have a brand new computer this is about the 5th time I used it and I tried to Download Yahoo Messenger and it well go though the downloading procedures but it won't show up
what do I do

look for the yahoo installer usually somewhere in your desktop, or wherever you put in the initial installer. then double click it to complete the rest of the download.
or maybe if it was already previously installed in your system without your knowledge, then uninstall it first in the add remove programs, restart your pc, then download it from yahoo site again, and the same steps follow, as mentioned above.

After you're done downloading, go to the folder you have it saved and double-click on it to install it. Just follow the instructions on screen. It's really easy, dun worry!

You need to open the folder it downloads to and pull up the file from there. Then you can install it.
