well if its yahoo messenger,give it time,it will correct itself

that use to happen to me and everyone was like oh u need to get rid of the program and reinstalling it i did taht still didnt work so in the end i had to erase the whole hard drive thing and then now it works so hopefully thats not ur situation but it wasnt that bad either it was 40 bucks
