I like this particular fellow at work and i want to know how can i get him to notice me as a girlfriend

It really depends what type of guy he is. If he is stuck on himself you may have to play like you are totally oblivious to him and your inattention may draw him to try and impress you. If he is intellectual you could try asking his opinions. If he is really macho, play little weak girl and as he comes to your rescue, reel him in. Or be honest to yourself and him and just ask him point blank, "want to go out or are you not interested at all?"

Leave it alone and don't persue anything. If a guy is interested he will let you know some way or another.
I personally discourage you from doing this getting involved with someone you work with is one of the biggest mistake people cal make. Everybody always think they're different and you can handle. But you can't make that kind of assumption until you've walked that road. It's to many fish in the sea to ruined your finacial stability. With a possible couple of months or weeks thrill.

compliment him but dont overdo it...the more desperate you appear the more u will not be desireable. Ask him out maybe to a movie on the weekend once u establish some conversation between you two...p.s.: sometimes starting a relationship at work can also end up to be a disaster and cause heavy stress where one of u quit also...weigh it out

Be confident,and look good and feel good. Other than doing your hair a new way or new color that brings out your eyes. Wear something you feel good in. Smile. Talk to him about simple stuff on your break or when you bump into eachother. Good luck.

You should dress real nice every day. Put on makeup (not too much) and fix your hair, wear some perfume. Ask him if would like to go on breakes with you or go out to eat for lunch. Be real pleasent and smile. Greet him everyday and ask him how his day is going or his weekend was. Good luck and I hope he asks you out real soon.

Be yourself. You can doll yourself up! but don't go and be slutty! You want him to like the real you. not for your boobs or ***! show him what you got. (smarts, kindness...) men like woman that can stand on their own and stand out in a crowd. Don't be shy! talk to him!

but I'd try finding out what his interests are and asking him about them, like if he is into computers, ask him about a program recomendation and tell him you value his opinion!!
