Most of the answers I have recieved so far, say I may be dehydrated and I think so. I was feeling so lightheaded today. (from the heat) Thanks everyone!! I just grabbed a Coke, Ill go back downstairs and get me a BIG glass of ice cold water!!!

Urine is normally clear. [A special test] determines the cloudiness of urine, also called opacity or turbidity. Bacteria, blood, sperm, crystals, or mucus can make urine appear cloudy
Make sure to drink plenty of water and if you're still concerned, see your doctor just to be on the safe side.

Cloudy urine can mean a lot of things. I get it occasionally and I am healthy it just indicates I need to take in more water. But this can be more serious if it happens frequently, is accompanied by and odor, or it hurts or is thick looking. These can be indicators of illness and should be checked out by your doctor.

It can be a sign of a bladder or urinary tract infection, but most of the time it's nothing too serious and can usually be cleared up by drinking plenty of water. If it doesn't clear up in a couple of days, then you should consult a physician.

yes its ok to have cloudy urine every now and then i would just increase my fluid intake. i would really consider drinking water or cranberry juice helps, look on the back of the label the more real juice it has the better.

if you have cloudy urine means that you may have an infection go check it out cause it could be be could have a STD so go check it out to be on the safe side

when your urine is cloudy that from drinking tap water.
when your urine is yelow that means you are not fully hydrated.
When it is clear that means your fully hydrated. but very rare is someone fully hydrated and if they are they no longer are since they pissed water out. if it is dark yellow means you need more water the more yellow it is the less hydrated

it could be your vitamins your taking. or you aren't drinking enough fluids. cloudy urine is also a sign of dehydration.

I have had that happen to me before and I just took a physical exam and I am healthy. Hope that helps you
