I know there is a free site to find out if someone has been cited with tickets, been to prison, is on probation, whatever, but I cant seem to find it. Please help!!

You can search a particular state for current inmates and you can search for sex offenders. It depends on which state you live in and exactly what you are looking for~each state has different sites.
