While anything is possible, its been reported the Russians have allowed us to help them in securing their stockpile of weapons. Its my understanding they fear an insider selling out and helping the terrorist to build one or steel components more then just taking one by force.

High probability of "no" on this one. However, thanks to a Pakistani scientist by the name of A.Q. Khan, they don't need to bother with stealing. . . There are quite a few rogue nations that would be more than happy to provide them with one that came from Mr. Khan's design (which has been sold to North Korea, Iran, probably Syria and probably a few other Islamic nations with an axe to grind against the US, UK and Canada). These nation would probably even provide then with guidelines on how to smuggle them past the radiation detectors in our ports.

Have a pleasant night's sleep with that thought!

Nukes initially was a USA secret. A few people wanted a yacht and beach front property in exchange for selling US secrets. That's the way it goes...I guess.
