well if this has happened in the last 72 hours I would head to the emergency room (or in some areas the pharmacy) and get the morning after pill just in case... While even unprotected sex does not result in pregnancies every time, do you really want to chance it...

If you don't want the morning after pill or can't for some reason get a script for it, talk to your pharmacist about using a spermicide with nonoxynol-9 in it to reduce your chances of pregnancy... using a spermicide quickly after a mishap reduce your likely hood of pregnancy bu about 95%

BTW the last thing you want to do is to douche to get the condom out since any sperm that has leaked out will get a free ride in the wrong direction (that is to the area that they are looking for to impregnate you!)... Have the bf/hubby do a finger sweep and in most cases he'll catch it...

If the condom's not removed and sometimes, even after it is removed, one can get a yeast and/or some other kind of infection from the condom .

As already mentioned, you definitely want to make sure you didn't end up with any STD's and also take a pregnancy test. Even if the condom had spermicide, it is possible to become pregnant.

In the future, it may be a good idea to use 2-3 forms of birth control, just in case. After I had a condom fall off inside me, I started taking the Pill, always use a spermicidal insert (VCF or Vaginal Contraceptive Film is awesome! The way it works is kind of like a large Listerine breath strip minus the scent. And my guy always said he didn't know it was there), and I make sure the guy uses a condom as well, preferably with spermicide. Using all 3 of those methods together almost ensures one can't get pregnant. However, as already mentioned in other answers, the only way to avoid pregnancy and etc 100% is abstinence.

Also, VCF can be inserted up to 3 or 6 hrs. before intercourse. I forget what the actual time frame is, but I THINK it's 6 hrs.

Not automatically. I presume the condom was removed. If your partner ejaculated into the condom, there is a possibility, however he would have had to ejaculate.

In otherwords if the condom was empty, there is very little chance you could get pregnant, even if it did come off.

Best thing to do is spend the money for a pregnancy test kit, and read the instructions on how long to wait before taking the test (some require a day or so, some longer). It is better than worrying.

it's just a waiting game. You may be, you may not be. You have a good fighting chamce if the condom had a spermicide on it, but even then, there is a chance. Give it a week or two and buy a home pregnancy test, they are fairly accurate. The only way to make sure you do not get pregnant in the future is abstinence. Good luck.

This would be the same as if it had broken. It does not mean you are absolutely but you have been exposed so it is possible. Do you know what your cycle is? When do you normally ovulate? If you are out of that cycle you are much less likely to get pregnant but still possible.

Even with the use of a condom there are no guarantees. Just a small pin hole is all that is necessary for it to happen but this is....of course...much worse.

Only time will tell.

You imply that your partner climaxed with it off. If he did not then you are much less exposed but not completely out of the woods.

Only way to be 100% sure....even with other contraceptives....is to not have sex.

My best to you.

It is possible that you can get pregnant if a condom slips off inside you. However it's unlikely and the best thing to do is take a home test OR contact your local health department. They can give you a test and get you set up with birth control.

It is possible because all the sperm is inside the condom.. Unless the condom has spermicide in it and thats not 100 percent..

You will need to purchase a pregnancy test, I recommend two to be sure, and follow the instructions before see a health care provider for more conclusive tests.

It becomes one with your vagina. Get it out immediatly and maybe the sperm if there is any won't leak out. Be more careful in the future because yes you could get preggo from this action.
