We use excel because of IT restrictions and the numbers are progressive by date. I am using 1 spreadsheet to pull data from others.

Use function MAX.

For example you have data in range A1 to A10 and you want to find the largest number in the range, type in a blank cell
=MAX(A1:A10)

Use the Max function with that range and you may display various information based on the Max value using the IF function.
For example: A1=Max(A2:P2) and if 80 is a passing grade - B1=If(A1>80,"At least one passed!","None passed")

In your example, put this into the A1 cell:

You are asking to select the cell that have the max in a range, right?
You need two functions
Hyperlink and Max (Hyperlink from insert > function, not from Insert > hyperlink)
It is a little bit costum and needs more info
