i know it dosent in the end its how we use it, just like using a yead stick or a 12in ruler to mesure 5 inches. but what i want to know is does it feel the same or does it feel differnt? iam a guy so i dont know thens things and if i did i would be gay. its on if you dont understand my question.

The thing that matters is does it make a difference to you? You will get all kinds of answers to this question from women but no matter their answers you usually are stuck with what you were gifted to have and most are average. It makes a difference as to how "full" a girl feels, but in many cases, it might make it more uncomfortable and doesn't necessarily increase the pleasure. I would say that girth (thickness) matters more than length.
