You probably have gingevitis. When you brush your teeth use a soft toothbrush and brush your gums, too. Don't forget to floss. The gums may bleed at first but they will improve. Swish some Listerine around after brushing. Go to the dentist for regular check ups.

Floss (you may have a piece of foot stuck just under your gums), then follow with one of the following: Warm salt water rinse, diluted hydrogen peroxide with warm water rinse, or dab on some sodium perborate, leave on a couple of minutes (don't swallow it), then rinse with warm water.

Call your dentist in the morning.

You need to have a cleaning with your dentist every 6 months. If not it will get worse and lead to other health problems.
