Well, I've seen female cats do this alot, but I never knew a male to do it. It does seem as if it's his "baby", or his "wubbie". As long as he seems to enjoy himself and isn't distressed, just enjoy the cuteness. My female has three stuffed animals (2 ducks and a monkey???) that she does this with. None of the other ones produce this effect, but she talks LOUDLY to any one of these three when I'm not in the room. Oh yes, and she brings them out when I'm NOT around to keep her company!

Does it have catnip inside? Sometimes certain cats go pretty crazy on a mini catnip buzz. I think he thinks it's his catch, like a mouse or something, explains the noises. He could consider it his special li'l buddy.

LOL. Cute.

Actually, he could be thinking it is his baby. I find this in my cats which were weaned too young (such as the adandoned ones) or as they age. Actually this is something that a cat will do as it becomes senile. Yes, they do too as they age.

If it is like a deep moaning mixed with meow sound he is playing with it. Like he would a dead animal. Does he kick it and bite it too.
