A man I work with will go out of his way to look at me when he's around. I even catch him looking. He's shy but will speak. A couple times he has attempted conversation.

I would think keep the communication doors open and ask him. Why beat around the bush? I would guess he probably does but you can't rely on others opinions..

I would say he def likes you. I am in the same situation as him. I like a girl I work with, and it's tough to just come over and talk. If you like him smile and make him feel confortable, he may open up a little to you.

Well, if he looks at you, chances are he likes you. looking at girls is a typical thing must guys do when they like what they see. He just sounds shy.

if he is looking, he is probably interested. If he is shy, you may have to make the first move, that is if you are interested of course.
