Yes, you should stop him because you are in a relationship, jail or not. If you wnat to be with other people then break up with your man. If you allow another man to disrespect your relationship, which is what your friend is doing, he knows you ahve a man but persist anyway so he has no respect for your relationship. But if you another man do that then you are choosing that man over the one you are with. You dont want to seem mean by telling this guy to stop instead of standing by your man and your relationship. So you are choosing the friend over your man

To be honest with you if your boyfriend is in jail he's not much of a boyfriend and you need to say see ya. and as far as your best friend hitting on you it never works out with best friends dating you always lose the friendship you had with the person.

Jail sentences in excess of 30 days are automatic breakups. Less than 30 days are at the discretion of the free partner unless the jailed partner could have implicated you in the crime but didn't snitch.

Of course you should of stopped him. You stop people trying to come onto you NOT just because you're with someone, and also if you're not into that person. But should of, could of, would of doens't matter now because you didn't. It'll be alright. You'll live and laugh at everything in the future. As of now, wash your hands with this guy. He doesn't have enough respect for you or your boyfriend, if he can't even be patient or be more realistic as in telling you that he's into you aside from just coming onto you.

If you love your BF in jail tell this guy that your seeing someone else, and you're not ready to go out with him right now at this moment.
If, however, you want to go out with this guy that means you'll have to break up with your current BF in jail. It would be unfair to date this guy on the side, and not tell your current BF.
It's up to you who you like.

then is really depend on u, if u no longer like ur bf in jail, then move on, go out with him after all is only your BF not HUSBAND. but if u really really like ur BF in jail and u think u can wait for him then reject this current guy. But i personally think is wise to have other alternative option as ur BF cannot promise u a good future. is he really going to repent and change his way? or is he going to enter jail like entering hotel? think carefully... it most likely concern ur lifetime happiness.

No! I think you should get rid of the guy in jail. You might end up in situations you don't want to get into. See about the guy that hit on you if you think you like him.
