1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. minced ham
2 sweet pickles
1 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbs. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Put cheese, ham, and pickle in food processor or chopper to desired consistency. Stir in onion and mayo.
Note: I rarely ever measure anything with this recipe. If I have a chunk of leftover ham, I just toss it in the food processor with the other ingredients. I also add more mayo than it calls for. It's one of those recipes you just do to your own taste. It's good for cold sandwiches or put some on buns or rolls, wrap in foil, and heat in a 350 oven for 15 minutes.

Run an onion and some sweet pickles through the food processor to taste, also some celery. You might have to juggle the amounts to prevent an overload of onion. You can omit the onoin if you want. Once the ham, onions, celery, and pickles are ground up, add some mayonnaiase or miracle whip and a little mustard. Prepared or dijon whatever you prefer. I wouldn't add salt but maybe a little pepper to taste. Some people like a little cream cheese added if they want a spread for crackers. Sorry I don't have a proper recipe in teaspoons or tablespoons, I don't know how much ham you are starting with and I prefer to cook by taste, adding a little at a time till I get it to where it tastes good. If you make a ham spread for sandwiches, sometimes a little cheddar is good with it.

Mix together processed ham with sweet relish (drained)and as much Miracle Whip Salad Dressing or mayonaise as needed to make it a spreadable sandwich mixture. It's that easy!
