are you going through some emotional issues right now? if so, you are most likely at a point of vunerability that may make it seem as if the world is out to get you. Don't worry, the sources of you crying are most likely not aiming to intentionally make you miserable. Only really evil people find joy at other's misery. If these people are really mean-spirited, you should question why you should even be interacting with them at all. You should find something that you derive joy from and have that be your focus for a while, and i promise it will take your mind off the things that make you cry!! Feel Better! Tell yourself that YOU are better than that! :)

Maybe you shouldn't be so vulnerable. My favorite person in the whole world used to cry anytime someone gave her a hard time. After we dated for a while, I showed her how to toughen up a little. Her problem was that she had some terrible past experiences, alot of guilt and very self conscious. I reassured her that those feelings were unjustified because she was beautiful, innocent, and eventually she was able to forgive her transgressor. Now she never cries, but people treat her the same.

It's all on how you percieve the engagement as a personal threat to you, or as an expression of the other person's wronging.

You just need to stop letting people walk on you, and get out there and get what you want. Don't let some pitiful excuse for a Jackass think he can have any power over your emotions. YOU'RE IN CONTROL, not them.

Try reading the book, The Art of Verbal Self Defense. It's old, and contains some sketchy weirdo yoga theories, but it has a great section about expressing yourself and protecting your feelings.

Good luck...I promise you can stop this!

It's an ugly fact that some people are just plain mean, like little kids who never grew up. I think they themselves feel small and inadequate, so they try to compensate by making others feel even smaller. Don't let those b*st*rds get you down or they will come and take advantage of you whenever they need an emotional "fix."
BTW, Musicalmarz has a good point. I thought I had an emotional problem because I would cry like a baby anytime I felt any kind of strong emotion, a funny joke, a sad movie, a dog wagging his tail, anything. I went to the doctor and he put me on antidepressants. Made all the difference in the world. The problem was just a chemical imbalance in my brain that the meds correct.
Blessings to you!

You don't say how old you are, so I'm not sure if teen hormones are playing a roll in this or not. If you just had a child, hormones could be a factor, and if you're entering menopause there again, hormones.

You may just be a very sensitive individual and if that's the case, maybe a counselor could help you in this area of your life.

Either way, I believe seeing a doctor would be in order. You need to find the source of your problem soon. Living like that everyday isn't easy on your mind or your body. Good luck!!

You're probably real sensative (as I) and some people are just mean. My ex used to always make me cry - he was also really abusive. I am no longer with him, but because of my experience, I've toughen up. I think there comes a point where you just need to toughen up and not let things effect you to the point where you cry. It's not wrong to cry, but you don't want to be so overly sensative because that's not healthy either. Good luck.

um. You should check with your doctor. Seriously, Really do. There are certain types of deppressions that make people cry a lot. Sometimes its somethign as simple as an over active hormone. Talk with a trusted medical person. People feel a lot better on meds for it. New outlook on life!

Some people are natural born bullies and they enjoy inflicting emotional and physical pain on others. Be stronger than them....when they are trying to make you cry, think of something else...ignore them and stay away from them. You will make it through this.

maybe youre alittle senstive then others but thats still okay. people find it fun to make others cry because it makes them feel superior over those who are "weak" ... try to be strong ! dont show others you are vulnerable because they will do it over and over again..

They don't make you cry. You choose to cry. It's your problem, so deal with it.
