Antacids cause physical dependency insofar as calcium stimulates the gastric acid pump, and insofar as they contain aluminum, they are probably adversely effecting your nervous system.

Eliminate Wheat and Dairy and I expect the problem will slowly recede into the background.

i did that when i was 16 and was told by my doctor i had acid reflux. so i didnt think nothing of it and now that im 33 i am paying for it i have had acid reflux this long and am now getting ready to undergo major surgery for a hiatal hernia caused from acid reflux. in case you dont know what that is its where my stomach is pushing its way upward toward my chest. so do something now please especially if your young talk to your dr,

Your stomach is producing too much acid. You need to go see your Dr. How long has this been going on?

You eat alot of fried foods, drink alot of pop, eat more at one time
then you should right. if so I.M me I would be glad to help you
