i recommend grilling them. keep em going till they're smaller in size (sometimes abt 1/2) n there is no more liquid leaking out when placed on paper. these go really well on sandwiches =) also, b sure 2 oil ur grill first!

Mushrooms cooked in butter are great.Med heat, Cook til hot, 2 minutes. Over cook and they become black and mushy.

About 3-5 minutes. They soak up a lot of moisture so don't think they are done b/c the oil is gone.

When they're firm and a bit "heavier" than when you put them on to cook. They are fine undercooked a bit, to retain some texture.

When they are tender but still firm. They will be slightly darker in colour and glossy.
