I've seen it done like 5 times. It seriously does work!!!!!!! But you need to be accepting of it. It doesn't work for everyone. If you have the mindset that you can't be hypnotized, then it's really hard. But if you try and be hypnotized and really believe it can be done, then it can be! I've been partially hypnotized at a show once. I wasn't chosen to go up on stage, but I tried to follow along from the audience and it seriously was working! It was so weird and cool at the same time because I couldn't help what I was doing! But don't worry, it's impossible to make you do anything while hypnotized that you normally wouldn't do while NOT hypnotized (ex: You can't be hypnotized to dance naked or something unless you would normally do that anyway, because your subconscious is still in charge of your morals and whatnot).

It's so fun! Definately try it if you get a chance!

Simply, yes and yes.
The last time was to quit smoking. I haven't had a cigarette in over 20 years and the post hypnotic suggestion still works.

In 2001 I quit a pack a day smoking habit through a 1 hour session. It works if you want it bad enough. Good luck.

Ask a psychic or a hypnotherapist
