there is a heaven, there is a hell.
there is a god.
when u die, you'll be judged & then sent to either heaven or hell.
the only way into & enter into heaven is by asking god to forgive your sins, repent, ask god to live in your heart as your personal lord & saviour.
it's not a game at all.
hell isn't a place that i would wish anyone to go.
even if it was the last place on earth.
you're in for a rude awakening if you don't believe there's a true god.....
you're blinded by your own foolishness right now. don't allow satan/devil to take your soul to hell to be with him. to live forever down there.
to live in a firey pit forever, to be tormented by demons for the rest of your life. to have excrusiating pain forever & there's nothing anyone can do to take it from u, make it better.
it gets so bad that you'd rather kill yourself/die but you can't. there will be gnashing of teeth everywhere. demons tormenting/attacking u forever. is this somewhere you'd like to end up?
i'd seriously start to read the bible, learn the real truth.
i hope u learn the real truth about heaven/hell.
remember that jesus is the way, the truth & the life. john 14:6
hope u learn b/4 it's too late.

Your theme song should be "Imagine" by John Lennon. I have a question for you however. How do you know there isn't a God or a Heaven or hell? Have you died before? No, you haven't. People believe in God because its in there hearts. I do not know for sure what happens after you die, but I believe that there is a Heaven and a hell and that your actions on earth determine where you get to spend eternity. I believe that people like Hitler will get there punishment and people like mother Teressa will get their reward.

I'm with you on this one! I accept the fact but much of the human race does not. I think it is because people are scared to die and they obviously think they will go to some "heavenly" paradise when they die if they believe and worship some type of god. I personally believe that we are living in hell on Earth as some type of a test to see if we can make it through to the next level, kind of like a video game or something.

humans are afraid of death. God helps them feel better. Being a logical person, I would have a hard time myself in truly believing there was a God if I hadn't been born into the church I am in. In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, we believe that if you ask God in the name of Jesus Christ with humility, faith, and good intent you will receive an answer. Most churches don't believe this even though it says it right there in the Bible (James 1:5). This belief is very true as you can see for yourself.

Obviously you have not gone thru difficult times, that's when even people that doesn't believe in God start to pray, I do not wish it upon you at all, knock on wood but ask the same question after your child has been diagnosed with a terminal ill, or your wife has had a terrible accident and is fighting for her life, or yourself, ask our soldiers in Irak if they believe in God, we believe in God because we need hope and someone to help us bear with our heavy loads of suffering and even daily life dilemmas, ask the same question in 20 yrs. and let's see how it goes.

Becdause thats way too scary for some. Also everyone seems to feel there needs to be a "purpose" to life. Realizing that there isn"t one seems like a downer so they just have to make one up. To serve God seems like an acceptable purpose-huh? Me I kinda like that its just the void after this----though truly I'd prefer another chance to get it right and do a lot of stuff I missed or chickened out on.

You can't prove your point any more than any person of faith can prove the existence of god.
Atheism is believing that there is no god. You have any right to your faith, but why do you need to proselytize others?
You are doing exactly the same thing as so many born-agains on this site do, telling everyone that they are wrong and you are right.
BUT THE EXISTENCE OF GOD CAN NEITHER BE PROVEN NOR DISPROVEN!

Because they want to believe that their whole life is worth something more in the end... thinking that there has to be more than just living... that there is some unknown reason for it. Personally, I think they are just afraid of death and God is their only way of coping with it.
I, however, do not fear death... I just hope that I fulfill my life while I am here, and not while I am dead.

because,, we are not the creator of ourselves
our Creator told us that there is heaven and hell. and without heaven and hell, the God will be unjust because there is so much unjustice in this world.
The Qur’an says:
"Allah is never unjust In the least degree." [Al-Qur’an 4:40]
"In the Hereafter, there is terrible punishment but also forgiveness from Allah and His good pleasure. The life of this world is nothing but the enjoyment of delusion" (Quran Surat al-Hadid 57: 20)

As for me, I'd rather believe in God and take a chance on being wrong than to not believe and be wrong. What do I have to lose? I'm perfectly happy with things the way they are.
