ive been with my girl for 3 years and she broke up with me
after i took her to maui and treated her like a queen i know she loved me but she wants her time she was crying alot cause ive only been cool to her and she feels guilty , she has a daughter that i miss too what should i do

either two things are going on here: 1. she's just using you, and using crying to make it so you don't think you've been used, or 2. she's suffering from depression. I lean more towards option 2: I don't think she was just using you if she broke up AFTER maui. Perhaps she just needs time to sort things out. If you truly were as cool to her as you say (which I will take at face value), then perhaps what you might want to do is be her friend for a while. I mean a real friend. help her through the rough times, show her you are a loyal and caring person. once the hardships are over, she will know she can trust you and perhaps you two can get back together again. Be there for her, and let her know that whatever she needs she can count on you to do your best to provide it. Try not to be in situations where you'd want to sleep with her. be upstanding and forthright with her.
