If it bothers you, talk to your husband and let him know. Try not to be angry about it just voice your concern. If it's not a problem for him then just let it go, some families just aren't close. If it is a problem for him then help him come up with ways to start a deeper relationship with them, I have to wish you all the luck. I have encountered a similar problem with my own in-laws and their lack of interest in my husband, and we're still working on it.

I would try to stay out of it, unless my husband felt hurt. When you dealing with HIS side of the family.. You could get yourself into trouble. If your husband wants you to say something than be very careful how you word it.
Remember you will be dealing with these relatives forever... unless of course you cut ties...
You pick Friends.. not Family... be cautious...

some families just aren't close. you didn't say whether or not you've talked with your husband, or your in-laws. you may not get anywhere with either, so be supportive of your husband and cordial to the in-laws.

If he says nothing I wouldn't either although they are now part of your family it can still get ugly. You are married to him not his family.
