Cramming all night has just made me too tired to take the exam the next day. I would not be able to concentrate on the exam and then my grade would show it. I think getting a good nights sleep is the best it has worked for me. All nighters just cause me headaches and a fuzzy brain I can't think straight. With sleep I can gather my thoughts and I am better prepared.

You want to get a good nights sleep. If you have kept up on your studies then there is no reason to cram. Just get a good nights sleep so when you wake up in the morning you will be refreshed and clear headed

i became someone who might say by no ability cram, yet final semester i became no longer very advantageous in my preparedness, so I did cram for 2 classes, 2 consecutive days until 3 AM and it became the appropriate component I ever did. Now i've got discovered that i could desire to do somewhat alongside like each and every of the lecturers *itch approximately, that way it is no longer so complicated.

I went to college for nine years, so it's safe to say that I've taken A LOT of tests. In my opinion, it's better to get a good night's sleep, as long as you've already studied, like you said. Your brain will work better during the test if you've had enough rest. It may sound corny, but eating a good breakfast helps, too.

go get some sleep. cramming barely helps out with memory. all youre gonna do in the test is say, "oooh i remember reading about this!" memorization occurs by repeating information over longer periods of time. it also has been shown that people when they dont sleep do not perform as well in their activities as they usually do. by the way, next time... study!

If you have studied already, then definitly sleep. You brain will be much more likely to pull out information stored if it is rested. I always slept the night before even if I was not happy with how much I studied, and I did well. If you get sleepy, you get slow and your instincts get off.

Sleep.

Whenever I cram, I tend to mix up the new information that I just studied. I tend to do worse on the exam.

But I've met people where cramming worked WONDERS!

But it's not for me.
