Start with "Roses are red, Violets are blue..." And don't forget the spell-check button. Now come up with 3 words that rhyme with "blue". Avoid words like screw!!! And you"re on your way! Good luck!!

If you aren't naturally a poet I would suggest looking up some other poems. There are very good poems out there, and can speak to the heart just as well.

Why must they be poems? And, why must there br three of them? Start out with some simple prose. Say what your heart feels in words that you and she both understand. Don't worry too much about spelling. There are spell checkers and dictionaries everywhere. Sttephen J. Cannell was dyslexic and never let spelling stop him. Just concentrate on conveying thoughts from one person to another. Your words don't have to rhyme, but it helps if they flow like music.
