No, but I have a German Shepherd/Shar-Pei mix dog, and she's the best dog I've ever owned. Looks a little like a Shar-pei that's been ironed a bit--only has wrinkles around her thighs and face. Unfortunately, she inherited the Shar-Pei skin problems, and she has to have steroids to keep the itching down. I think a Jack Russel mix would probably be a little more energetic, but just as smart. This dog understands hundreds of english words!

Shar peis are small canines- so a mix between those breeds could maximum in all probability produce a domestic dog that replace into lots smaller than an entire grown Akita. even however- watching those photos- there is no way that that's what your dogs is! The face is basically too long (Shar Peis have an truly around, chunky head, and so do Akitas) for starters- and he or she has not one of the mass i could assume with a mix of the two of those breeds. I dont think of she is an element Akita or Shar Pei, myself. i think of youre lots closer on the mark- which contain your suggestions that she could be Shepherd, Norwegian Elkhound sort dogs. even possibly Belgian Malanois x.

I am trying to picture this mix of breeds in my mind and I cannot do it. Then I am thinking, how could these two breeds, so different in size, even breed?

Very interesting, indeed. One of our dogs is a black Lab/Shar Pei mix. He is about 90 pounds, all black with an over the back curled tail. His head is huge and he has some wrinkles on his head with the Shar Pei nose. Lab, I understand. Jack Russell? I still can't see it.
