i found out that what medi is saying is true however that was a different time and it actualy has happened in up to 10 points of the fence .

somebody answered my previous question saying that it appeared to be border control! They found boot tracks that matched those used by border control in the mud around it! I think that is even funnier than the fact that the fences were torn down.

Illegals immigration is coming to a screeching halt. Post some links to back up your "story". There is wide spread panic in border towns in Mexico because there is a huge back up of potential illegals that cannot cross. These cities are quickly running out of food and water. There will soon be riots in Mexico because the potential illegals will start taking from Mexicans instead of Americans. Illegal immigration is down 25% in Arizona alone. They were only putting ladders there because they were tired of having to repair their fences, they have more important things to do, and some were saying that it didn't feel right so they would take them down, one rancher even went so far to make his fence electric!! (hope it's high voltage)
