In the Bible 2 Peter 2:16 the Words " The Dumb *** Speaking with Man's voice
forbad the madness of the Prophet" My Question is , Why with all the filthy language used on here is Dumb *** Censored.???

I don't know what bible you are using, but, the King James Bible clearly states :
2 Peter 2:16
16But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb *** speaking with man's voice forbad the madness of the prophet.
The word:
Dumb means without speech.
and, the word *** means (2) a beast of burden.

an *** is a donkey, and everyone knows that Donkeys are stubborn and dumb, they were just stating the obvious, when we use the word ***, we are not usually speaking in the correct context as which the bible is

It is not filthy language. It is regarding a donkey. That is a common and acceptable term for a donkey. Most of the "newer" translations have however switched over to donkey.

Words have changed meaning since 1611 when the KJV was written and that word is now considered not polite. That has happened to many words.
