I would say probably not

I just switched my 14 month old son to whole milk after months of being on a soy formula..the pediatrician suggested we dilute his bottles by an ounce of whole milk until he was drinking straight whole milk...if there was a problem we were to switch to a soy milk (watching calcium intake was adequate)...luckily after 2 weeks he was doing stellaron the whole milk!...Good luck!

Maybe he is lactosee intolerant. Try lactos-free milkhttp://www.lactaid.com/ . I provided a list of milk alternatives. I would not use the cream milk.

You should be giving him a baby's formula, not plain milk.
Go to a pharmacy & ask the pharmacist what you should be feeding your baby.
